  Full of dust all thay are interedred in is getting there money if you stay a month you have to pay up front will not let you pay week by week so you can not leave if you have to thay will not give money back

  Fantastic Facilities, being that far out of Darwin was no issue. We stayed 10 nights and found it very peaceful. Unlike other caravan parks we were well informed of events via sms which was great. The water park for kids was excellent and atmosphere excellent...

  After staying for one night we decided to stay another night. In the same spot. Payed and sorted it before Going out for dinner in our mobile home and after coming back at 9.30 pm, someone else was in our spot. We tried to contact Big 4 with no luck. And had to try to find another spot in the pitch black. it took us 20 min To find another spot in an area that supposedly was closed for use. Bathroom was also closed. We could not see were we were as it was dark and ended up near a noisy road and next to a house were the dogs were barking constantly all night. I approached the staff next morning with my dissatisfaction and they said they would look into it, haven't heard anything since. Unprofessional and Bad management.

  Loved this caravan park for its central position to attractions as well as shopping. That atmosphere at the caravan park is fantastic along with the great facilities and staff who are very friendly and helpful which makes an enjoyable stay. Would recommend this caravan park to all to stay here.

  3rd time, today, bookin at 2pm. We got here at 2.40pm Just travelled 5 hours to be told they had not started our room yet, come back in an hour.
